Nicole Verheyen

Nicole Verheyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and finance, currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the Group Audit and Risk Committee at West P&I since November 2023. As a Partner at Triple A - Risk Finance Belgium since February 2022, Verheyen also holds independent director roles, including Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees at Lloyd's Insurance Company and Premia Insurance Europe. Verheyen's previous roles include CFO & Employee Benefits Director at concordia n.v. and Partner at EY, where significant contributions were made to the financial services sector. An active board member of the IA|BE - Institute of Actuaries in Belgium, Verheyen's academic credentials include a Master in Actuarial Sciences and a degree in Handelsingenieur from KU Leuven and the University of Antwerp, respectively.
