Luis Barroso has a diverse work experience in finance and project management roles. Luis began their career in 1999 as an ERP Project Manager/Consultant at Red Deer Systems. Luis then moved on to Oreq Corporation in 2002, where they worked as a Controller until 2016. In 2016, they became a Financial Controller at Polara Engineering Inc, and served in this role until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Controller at West Pak Avocado, Inc.
Luis Barroso, CMA, MBA has an extensive education history in the field of accounting and finance. Luis obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from National University in 1998. Following that, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from National University in 2000.
In addition to their academic achievements, Luis Barroso has also obtained a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in April 2022. This certification further demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the field of management accounting.
