Dmitry Shibanov is an experienced technical professional with a background in computer science and economics. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at West Park Healthcare Centre since 2014, Dmitry previously held the position of Computer Support Analyst at the same organization from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Dmitry worked as an Engineer at East-Siberian Fuel Company from 2002 to 2009. Dmitry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Baikal State University between 2002 and 2005, following studies at Irkutsk National Research Technical University from 1982 to 1987.
