Ellen Lederman, EdD, CTDP, Q.Med, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles across healthcare and training sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at West Park Healthcare Centre, Ellen has facilitated significant advancements in organizational change management since May 2015. Previous roles include Organization Development Consultant at Markham Stouffville Hospital, where Ellen engaged in strategic planning and team building efforts, and Learning Consultant for the Ontario Hospital Association, focusing on disability management training.
