Venita Indewey currently serves as the Learning & Organization Development Partner - Operational Readiness at West Park Healthcare Centre since January 2022. Venita has extensive experience as an independent consultant and facilitator, specializing in Human Resources Management since February 2021, which includes advising various health organizations on improving workplace experiences and leadership development. Previous roles include Senior Director of Organization & Employee Development at University Health Network, Chief Human Resources Officer at the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion, and Director of HR Business Management Office at Scotiabank, among others. Venita's educational background includes ongoing studies in Masters in Healthcare Leadership at Schulich ExecEd and a Master in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from Queen's University, complemented by a Bachelor in Administrative Studies from York University.
