Aaron Ball

Aaron Ball is an Associate Engineer in Applied Physical Science at West Pharmaceutical Services, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Aaron served as a Senior Research Associate in Screening and Automation at Editas Medicine from July 2023 to August 2024, and as a Senior Research Associate specializing in Immunology at Seeker Biologics from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Aaron worked at Guardian Therapeutics Inc as a Research Associate and Research Assistant in Drug Discovery from February 2019 to October 2022. Aaron began the professional journey as a Biomedical Engineering Co-op at COGNISION® from August 2016 to May 2018. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Louisville, obtained in 2018, and is a graduate of Fairfield College Preparatory School, class of 2014.
