Strategic Marketing Director, Biologics at West Pharmaceutical Services

Abigail Hisler has a diverse work experience in various industries. Abigail began their career at BASF in 2001, where they participated in a professional development program, gaining knowledge in supply chain improvement. Abigail then joined DuPont, where they held multiple roles, including Sales & Marketing Six Sigma Black Belt and Supply Chain Manager. While at DuPont, they focused on driving growth and improving business performance through the use of Six Sigma methodology and strategic supply chain management. In 2015, Abigail worked at The Chemours Company as a Customer Relationship & Product Launch Leader. Currently, they serve as the Strategic Marketing Director for the Biologics business unit at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they develop and executes go-to-market strategies, enhances brand awareness, and drives lead generation. Abigail has a strong background in marketing, analytics, supply chain planning, and customer relationship management.

Abigail Hisler obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they hold several certifications including Six Sigma Master Black Belt from DuPont (obtained in 2013), Six Sigma Black Belt from DuPont (obtained in 2010), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS (obtained in 2006), and Six Sigma Green Belt from DuPont (obtained in 2003).
