Aya Belek

Aya Belek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services since March 2023. Prior to this, Aya held the position of Human Resources Director at Cellebrite from September 2013 to March 2023. Earlier roles include Global HR Specialist at Better Place from January 2012 to May 2013, and Head of European Benefits and International HR Consultant at Morningstar from 2005 to 2010. Aya holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Business Administration & Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
