Brian Motter

Brian Motter has a strong background in quality operations and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President, Quality Operations, Medical Device and Contract Manufacturing at West Pharmaceutical Services. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Director Corporate Quality Systems at West Pharmaceutical Services. Before joining West Pharmaceutical Services, Brian served as the President of Motter Consulting Services LLC. Brian also held various leadership positions at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Solutions, DePuy Orthopaedics, and Pioneer Surgical Technology. Brian began their career as a Quality Engineer at Symmetry Medical Othy.

Brian Motter completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne in the years 1988 to 1994. Brian then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Brian earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2007 and 2009.
