Cynthia Salitsky has extensive experience in communications and marketing roles, spanning across various industries. Cynthia currently holds the position of Director, Global External Communications at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they develop and executes global communications plans aligned with long-term commercial goals. Cynthia is also an Advisory Board Member at 4THBIN, a secure e-recycling solution provider, where they provide insight and guidance on strategic plans and growth. Previously, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at 4THBIN, driving demand generation and expanding the company's reach. Prior to that, Cynthia worked at The Chemours Company as the Global Communication Director, managing the strategic brand and marketing agenda for several power brands. Cynthia also handled crisis and issues communications and led change management efforts. Cynthia's earlier experience includes roles at AstraZeneca, where they held various communication leadership positions, and Zeneca LifeScience Molecules and Zeneca Agrochemicals, where they focused on commercial development, regulatory compliance, and communication strategies.
