Ed Melski

Ed Melski has extensive work experience in various roles within multiple companies. Ed has worked as a Director of Quality Excellence at West Pharmaceutical Services since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Product Quality Director and Global Supply Chain Manager - Digitization at GE Healthcare from 2011 to 2017. Ed also held positions at GE Consumer & Industrial, where they served as a Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Business Intelligence Leader, Black Belt - IT Supply Chain, and Application Architect. Additionally, they worked at Visteon as a Project Leader - Information Technology (Co-Op). Throughout their career, Ed has demonstrated accomplishments in process improvement, data analytics, project management, and technology application.

Ed Melski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations Management, and Speech and Communications from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in the period of 1994-1998. Ed then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Indiana University Bloomington in 1999. Subsequently, Ed completed their education with a Doctor of Science degree in Decision Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington, from 1999 to 2001.
