Fatih Celikdis

Fatih Celikdis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial planning, currently serving as Sr. Manager Cost Accounting and Group Lead for Europe at West Pharmaceutical Services since August 2017. In this role, Fatih leads cost accounting and inventory control for a Center of Excellence across multiple sites, driving financial integrity and standardization of policies. Prior to this position, Fatih held various roles, including FP&A Manager for Germany and Sr. Analyst for FP&A Operations and Capital Planning, overseeing financial results and supporting high-level investment decisions. Fatih’s background includes a Master’s degree in Finance from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Aachen, complemented by entrepreneurial experience in the sports consulting sector.
