Hector Leon

Hector Leon has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and operational technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of D&T Manufacturing Network & Digital Support at West Pharmaceutical Services since March 2018, Hector has previously held the position of Operations Technology Manager at the same company. Prior to West Pharmaceutical Services, Hector worked at The Tech Group as IS Manager from April 2009 to March 2018. Hector's career began at Rexam, where roles included Value Stream Manager, Production Scheduler, and Corporate Label Coordinator from February 2000 to April 2009.
