Joe C. is an experienced packaging professional with a solid background in packaging development and engineering within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Packaging Development at West Pharmaceutical Services since November 2017, Joe leads a team focused on delivering high-quality packaging solutions for new drug delivery products. Prior experience includes roles at CR Bard, where Joe managed product labeling and oversaw significant corporate packaging initiatives; Tolmar Inc., where Joe developed GMP documentation and led validation protocols; and Covidien, where Joe established an in-house packaging lab. Joe’s career began with internships at Estee Lauder, KTM Industries, Multi-Wall Packaging Corporation, and Boston Scientific. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
