Joseph DeMeo, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering, Program Management for Global Process Engineering at West Pharmaceutical Services since July 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Senior Manager, Biomaterials at DSM Biomedical, focusing on R&D and product development related to biomaterials and medical devices from May 2012 to June 2017. Joseph's career began at Kensey Nash Corporation in August 1999, where various engineering roles were undertaken, eventually rising to the position of Director of Biomaterials Engineering by the time of departure in May 2012. Joseph holds an MBA from Villanova School of Business and a BSME from Villanova University and is currently pursuing further education at Babson College.
