Kathy Depadua

Kathy dePadua joined West as Vice President and Chief Quality Officer in May of 2022. In her role, Kathy is responsible for overseeing the global Quality team and West’s priority of delivering high-quality products that meet the exact product specifications and quality standards customers require and expect in the interest of patient safety.

Most recently, Kathy served as the Global Quality Executive for the Life Care Solutions Strategic business unit at GE Healthcare for the last seven years. Prior to GE Healthcare, Kathy served as the Group Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Philips Healthcare for three different business divisions over a nine-year period.

Over the last 30 years, Kathy has held positions of increasing responsibility at a variety of companies including Tyco Healthcare, ConMed Linvatec, Johnson and Johnson Medical and Bausch and Lomb. Kathy earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
