Keith Frederick

Keith Frederick has a diverse work experience in the field of business continuity and resilience. Keith currently serves as the Director of Global Business Continuity and Resilience at West Pharmaceutical Services since June 2021. Prior to this, Keith worked as a Senior Manager of Business Continuity at T-Mobile from October 2020 to May 2021. Keith also held the position of Director of Business Continuity & Strategy at Paratus Consultants Group from August 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they served as the Head of Enterprise Resilience & Business Continuity at Duke University from June 2014 to July 2019. Keith has a strong background in emergency management and business continuity, having worked as the Director of Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Disaster Recovery, & Safety at Kaiser Permanente from November 2004 to May 2014. Keith began their career at SAIC, where they worked as an Emergency Management, Business Continuity, & Risk Management Consultant from January 2002 to December 2004.

Keith Frederick, FBCI, CBCP has pursued undergraduate studies at Penn State University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Youngstown State University. Keith has obtained various certifications including Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International, Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional Master (CHEP) from the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers, Emergency Management Professional from FEMA, Fellow Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) from the Business Continuity Institute, Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) from the ECRI Institute, and National Incident Management System certifications from FEMA.
