Mike Manson

Mike Manson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and Value Stream Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services since October 2022, Mike previously held various leadership roles at Michelin from June 2015 to October 2022, including Operational Excellence Leader, Production Department Manager, and Business Unit Manager. During this tenure, Mike successfully led initiatives to achieve operational objectives, manage manufacturing departments, and improve production throughput significantly. Prior to Michelin, Mike served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps from May 2009 to June 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, earned in 2009.
