Rahul Singal is a seasoned professional in commercial operations and sales effectiveness, currently serving as Senior Manager of Commercial Operations for APAC at West Pharmaceutical Services since January 2017. In this role, Rahul leads the Commercial Excellence team, focusing on market intelligence, pricing strategy, and sales operations to drive growth and operational excellence across the region. Prior to this, Rahul held managerial roles at Novartis and ZS Associates, where responsibilities included managing incentive compensation processes and sales strategy recommendations for pharmaceutical clients. Rahul's career began as an Analyst at Deloitte & Touche AERS India Pvt. Ltd., specializing in IT Security Management. Rahul earned a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2008.
