Scott Miller, MSE, PMP, PMI-ACP, EIT, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at West Point Engineers, overseeing project delivery from initiation to closure. Previously, Scott served in various leadership roles in the US Army for over 23 years, including Transitioning Officer and DNV Corporate Fellow, where responsibilities included coordinating technical reviews and performing due diligence for utility-scale solar projects. As the Department Head and Professor of Military Science at the University of Washington, Scott led the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Program. Additionally, Scott has extensive experience managing large teams, ensuring training compliance, and leading complex engineering projects, including a $701 million reconstruction program in Iraq. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
