West Sea - Viana Shipyard
Rafael Reis is a Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at West Sea - Viana Shipyard, as well as a Formador at FOR-MAR. Prior to this, Rafael worked as an Analyste systèmes at Tekever, Operational Manager at Visabeira Global SGPS, SA, and Project Manager at EDP. Rafael holds a Master's Degree in Automation and Electrical Power Systems from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra and a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institute. Additionally, Rafael participated in the Erasmus Programme at Budapest University of Technology and Economics and obtained European language level certification in English B2.

West Sea is a shipyard located in Viana do Castelo, North of Portugal. Created by the Martifer Group in 2013, the company is the current sub-concessionary of the lands and infrastructures of the former ENVC – Estaleiros Navais de Viana do Castelo.
