John started their career in 1995 as a General Manager at Consolidated Contracting, Inc. John then transitioned to Barr & Barr, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2011-2012. In 2012, John became a Senior Project Manager at Bonanno Construction, Inc. and they held that position until 2014. John has been with WEST SUBURBAN Y M C A since 2015.

John Federico has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Suffolk University and certification from OSHA in OSHA 30.
