Hannah Colthorpe

Hannah Colthorpe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hannah started their career in 2004 as a Lighting Technician at The Gulbenkian Theatre, where they were responsible for preparing the theatre for shows, rigging lanterns, and designing lighting plans. In 2006, they joined DEVI Electroheat Ltd as an HR Officer/PA, where they handled administrative tasks, organized events, and later transitioned to HR. At Adecco UK, they worked as a Permanent Consultant and Customer Service Consultant, sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent positions. Hannah also worked as a Volunteer at Suffolk County Music Service, assisting with music tutoring and leading choirs. Hannah served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Compass Point Recruitment, specializing in sales and marketing roles. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Performing & Production Arts & Creative Director at Conservatoire EAST, where they are responsible for teaching and overseeing the arts and creative programs.

Hannah Colthorpe attended the University of Kent from 2003 to 2006, where they received a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Drama & Theatre Studies.
