Nora Hillstead-Anderson

Nora Hillstead-Anderson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nora currently works as a Manager of Customer Success at West Tenth since January 2020. Prior to that, they founded Metis Accounting, LLC in 2018. Nora also served as a Finance Graduate Student at Harvard Extension School from January 2018 to May 2019.

Before their academic pursuits, they held a significant role as SVP Finance at Clarke Capital Partners from January 2015 to December 2017. At Clarke Capital Partners, Nora implemented formal reporting procedures, reorganized financial reporting, and executed new accounting practices and policies, resulting in cost control and improved operational efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Nora worked as a Client Services Product Associate at FPS GOLD from December 2008 to December 2014. Nora was responsible for designing, implementing, and training on software enhancements to meet regulatory and executive needs. Nora'sin-depth knowledge of banking operations and systems contributed to the company's strategic planning and avoidance of costly customized code.

Nora started their career as an Intern at the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development in 2008 and as a Marketing Intern at USU Dining Services in 2007.

Nora Hillstead-Anderson pursued their education in a disciplined and focused manner. Nora began their academic journey in 2003 at the renowned Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Over the course of five years, from 2003 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics with a minor in Marketing.

After gaining a solid foundation in their field, Nora sought further knowledge and expertise by enrolling in the Harvard Extension School in 2016. Nora dedicated herself for three years, until 2019, to pursuing a Master's degree in Finance. This rigorous program provided their with advanced insights and skills to excel in the finance industry.
