Melanie Swift

Melanie Swift is currently serving as a VP/Project Lead and VP/Loan Administration at West Texas National Bank since February 2017. Melanie implemented various software tools such as Sageworks and LaserPro, and is currently working on setting up DecisionPro for Consumer Lending. In their previous role at Community National Bank, Melanie held positions as VP/Loan Operations and VP/Loan Review, where Melanie managed a team of employees and oversaw loan operations and reviews. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Permian Basin.
