Jordan Ross has a diverse background in banking and customer service, with extensive experience in operational roles. Currently serving as Deposit Operations Support II at West Town Bank & Trust since July 2021, Jordan previously held the position of Operations Services Supervisor at First Citizens Bank for a brief period in early 2021. Jordan’s career in banking began as a Personal Banker at First Community Bank from January 2019 to December 2020, following a role as Universal Banker II at New Peoples Bank.
