Melissa Marsal

Melissa Marsal has extensive experience in operations, compliance, HR, and IT in the banking industry. Melissa worked as EVP/COO at West Town Bank & Trust from 2009 onwards, where they oversaw all aspects of operations and collaborated with the bank's clients and partners. Melissa focused on driving business and providing advanced technology with a high level of customer service. In 2016, they became EVP/COO at Integrated Financial Holdings, Inc., where they continued to utilize their experience in banking operations, IT, compliance, and HR to align strategic partnerships and strengthen the company through entrepreneurial environments.

Melissa Marsal obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from East Carolina University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
