Todd C. Menard has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Todd C. served as the Chief Operating Officer at West USA Realty since 2013. Prior to that, they were a Realtor at the National Association of REALTORS®, where they held various positions including Agent, Team Leader, Designated and Managing Broker, State CE Instructor, and Train the Trainer. During their tenure there, they operated one of the top 15 real estate teams in the nation with annual sales exceeding $70 million. In 2010, Todd founded Arizona Partners In Housing. Todd C. also worked as a CLO/Instructor at the American Institute of Professional Standards and Practices. Todd was actively involved in the West and Southeast REALTORS of the Valley - WeSERV as a Board of Trustees member, President, Interim CEO, and Board of Director. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of REALTORs.
Todd C. Menard attended Suffolk University from 1979 to 1981, where they studied Business Management. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1979, they attended Roger Williams University, also studying Business Management. Todd C. obtained their High School Diploma from North Attleboro High School in 1977. In addition to their formal education, Todd C. Menard has obtained several certifications, including rCRMS - Certified Risk Management Specialist from the Arizona Association of REALTORS in 2013, Certified Short Sale Property Expert from CSSPE in 2008, Certified Negotiation Expert from Negotiation Expertise, LLC in 2007, and GRI - Graduate of the REALTOR Institute from the National Association of REALTORS® in 1997.
