John Flores

John Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John began their career in 2006 as a Varsity Football Coach at Logan High School, where they served until 2012. In 2012, they joined Barrick Gold Corporation as an HR Representative. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior HR Advisor in Public Safety at West Valley City. Following this, they were promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at West Valley City, where they served until 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Director at West Valley City.

John Flores completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Utah State University from 2005 to 2010. John then pursued further education at Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution from 2011 to 2012.
