Maren Jensen

Maren Jensen is a Communications Specialist at West Valley City since April 2023, previously serving as a Special Projects/News Producer at KUTV 2News/KMYU from August 2008 to April 2023, where several franchises and various assigned stories were produced and managed. Jensen currently produces the segment "Addicted Utah" with reporter Jim Spiewak and has experience as a Newscast Producer, responsible for assembling daily live broadcasts and managing staff to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, Jensen worked as an Executive Producer at Brigham Young University, overseeing the BYU Daily Newscast and teaching a news producing class. Jensen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Bachelor of Communications from Brigham Young University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
