Kaycee Emery

Kaycee Emery, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at West Valley Medical Center since April 2019, overseeing marketing, public relations, internal communications, branding, and community relations. As the owner of ITK Communications, LLC since September 2009, Kaycee develops comprehensive marketing, communication, and branding strategies while educating clients on social media best practices. Previous experience includes serving as the Communications Manager for the City of Meridian from November 2014 to March 2019, where Kaycee managed branding and communications, developed crisis communication plans, and streamlined processes. Other roles included Communications Director for Otter for Idaho, Project Manager at Unity Media Group, and anchor/reporter/producer at KTVB News Group and KTVQ. Kaycee holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Idaho.
