Tammy Sanhedrai

Tammy Sanhedrai has been working as a Teacher at West Vancouver Schools since September 2001, primarily focusing on teaching intermediate grades 4 to 7. In July 2019, Tammy started working at Your Own ADHD as an ADHD Life Coach and ADHD Academic Coach. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from The University of British Columbia, a Diploma in Linguistics from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from Trent University. Currently, Tammy is pursuing specialized training in Coaching with a focus on ADHD at the International ADHD Coach Training Center.
