Joshua Kirwan

Joshua Kirwan holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marshall University. With a background in human resources and recruitment, Kirwan has held progressively senior positions in various government agencies in West Virginia, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, and Department of Health. Currently, Joshua serves as a Lead Project Specialist and Grants Management Specialist at the West Virginia Emergency Management Division.
