Terry Dunford has extensive experience in the lottery and retail industries, currently serving as iLottery Supervisor and iLottery Product Manager at the West Virginia Lottery since May 2018. In this role, Terry is responsible for developing the iLottery System and managing RFP processes, collaborating with legal teams and contractors to enhance quality and revenue generation. Previously, Terry worked as a Lottery Marketing Specialist focusing on online product development and as Validation OA III, handling phone claims and mail processing. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, where recruitment and team leadership were key responsibilities, and as Assistant Workshop Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop, which involved employee training and customer satisfaction. Terry holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Liberty University, completed between 2016 and 2020, and graduated from Riverside High School in 2000.
