Mike Vincent has a diverse work experience in the media and radio industry. Mike is currently serving as the Corporate Music Director - Country at WVRC Media since 2022. Prior to this, they worked with 97.9 WKKW as an On Air Personality, where they were responsible for content, music programming, talent coaching, and scheduling. Before that, they established their own company, Mike Vincent Productions, where they provided professional voiceover and audio editing services for various clients, including well-known brands like NASA, Macy's, and Microsoft X-Box. Mike also worked at Cumulus Media as the OM/PD for multiple radio stations, including WAOA/WHKR and NASH FM 93.7 WSJR, where they played a key role in programming content, coaching talent, and overseeing operations. Additionally, they held positions such as National Broadcast Director at SnoCountry, Broadcast Operations Manager at Mountain News Corporation, and Voice Actor/Talent at [24]7. Mike started their career as an Assistant Production Director/On Air Personality at Entercom San Francisco and later served as the Asst Program Director/Afternoon Personality at 93.3 WFLS - Free Lance Star Broadcasting. Mike began their radio career as an AM Drive Personality at WRWD, where they were involved in promotions, marketing campaigns, and the creation of the station's first website.
Mike Vincent attended Rhinebeck Central High School, where they completed their academic degree in 1985. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Management at SUNY New Paltz from 1989 to 1990. Prior to their enrollment at SUNY New Paltz, from 1985 to 1987, they studied Music / Sound Recording Technology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell without completing a degree.
