Senta Goudy is the current dean at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Senta has worked in various leadership positions in the public and nonprofit sectors for over 20 years. Senta began their career as an executive director at The House Next Door, a nonprofit organization that provides services to families affected by substance abuse. Senta then went on to work as the senior budget analyst at the Florida Department of Children and Families from November 2006 to March 2014. In January 2009, they became the chief of prevention at the Florida Office of Drug Control Policy, where they worked until July 2011.

Senta Goudy has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marshall University and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Sociology from West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

They are on a team with Tess Martin - Jackson County Center Dean, Brady Whipkey - VP, Facilities & Internal Affairs, and Michele Wilson - Dean. Their manager is Torie Jackson, Interim President.
