Heather M. Wind

Heather M. Wind, PharmD, CSSBB, currently serves as the Well-Being Champion Lead at Humana, where responsibilities include promoting well-being initiatives and fostering a culture of empowerment among associates. Additionally, Heather leads Humana’s managed care residency program and collaborates with various pharmacy organizations and schools. With roles as a Clinical Pharmacy Lead and Residency Coordinator, Heather oversees clinical formulary administration and operational leadership. Involved in higher education, Heather holds positions as Courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida and Adjunct Experiential Instructor at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, among others. Heather's extensive experience also includes serving as Formulary Manager Clinical Pharmacist for the United States Department of Defense, alongside active participation in the American Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) in various leadership capacities. Heather earned a Pharm.D. from the University of Cincinnati and has furthered education at the University of California, Davis.
