Paula Congelio

Paula Congelio is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at West Virginia University since August 2017. Previously, Paula held the position of Senior Director of Finance and Business at the WVU Health Science Center from August 2012 to June 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Officer at Penn State University from 2005 to 2012 and as Director of Finance at Uniontown Hospital from 1992 to 2005. Paula holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
