Siddhartha Bora

Siddhartha Bora is an Assistant Professor at West Virginia University since August 2022, previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University from August 2017 to August 2022. Siddhartha holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics from The Ohio State University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Manager at Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd., where Siddhartha led research initiatives, capacity building, and business development, and internships focusing on community development and microfinance in various organizations. Siddhartha began a career in engineering as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at NTPC Ltd. after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
