David McCauley

David McCauley has extensive experience as a General Legal Counsel and Senior Lecturer at West Virginia Wesleyan College for 32 years. David also serves as the City Attorney for the City of Buckhannon, WV. David holds a B.A. in political science and history, as well as a J.D. in law.
