Windy Dela Cruz

Windy de la Cruz currently serves as the Coordinator of the University Testing Center and an Instructor at West Visayas State University, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Windy de la Cruz worked as an Instructor at St. Paul University Iloilo from January 2020 to June 2023 and served as a Psychometrician at APL Psychological Services and Neuro-Psychiatric Assessment Testing Center from August 2015 to July 2019.
