Lee Benson has had a long and successful career in law enforcement, starting as a dispatcher in Upper Dublin Township in 1983. Over the years, Lee has worked in various roles within the Upper Dublin Police Department, including patrolman, detective, patrol sergeant, deputy chief, and ultimately, as the chief of police. Lee has also worked as a lecturer in the Criminal Justice Department at Penn State University, Abington. Currently, Lee serves as the Chief of Police for West Whiteland Township and also runs Lee Benson Consulting, where he works as an Accreditation Manager and Consultant. Lee holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Temple University and an MS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
