Pam Gural-Bear has extensive experience in municipal management and retail design, currently serving as Township Manager at West Whiteland Township since August 2010. Gural-Bear has held various roles including Interim Township Manager and Assistant Township Manager/HR Director in this position. Prior to West Whiteland Township, Gural-Bear worked as an Assistant Township Manager in Montgomery Township and held the role of Program Supervisor in Upper Merion Township. In the retail sector, Gural-Bear has been a Design Consultant for Pottery Barn since December 2001, and previously served as a District Sales Manager at Venator Group and Manager Trainer at Woolworth Corporation/Venator Group. Gural-Bear holds a Master's of Public Administration from Villanova University and a BA in Foreign Careers from Lehigh University.
