Timothy J. Tieperman

Timothy Tieperman has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Municipal Manager for the Township of Upper Providence since August 2015. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Municipal Manager for Warrington Township in Bucks County from June 2006 to July 2015, and served as Town Manager for the Town of Merrimack from 2004 to 2006, as well as for Tolland, Town of Inc. from 1997 to 2004. Timothy's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government Management from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1987 and 1989, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Emporia State University, completed in 1987.
