Fran Walker

Fran Walker is currently serving as the Senior Communications and Marketing Officer (Internal Communications) at West Yorkshire Combined Authority since December 2017. Previously, Fran held roles such as Communications and Marketing Officer at the same company and the Oxfordshire LEADER Grant Fund Programme Manager at South Oxfordshire District Council. Fran also worked as an Evidence Advisor at the Environment Agency. Fran holds a degree in MBiochem in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Reading.
