Sarah Bowes

Sarah Bowes has a background in economic policy work and project management, with experience in various roles at different councils and government agencies. Currently serving as the Head of Business Innovation and Inclusive Economy at the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Sarah previously held positions at Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and Leeds City Council. With a focus on innovation, digital policy, and international trade, Sarah has a strong academic background with a MSC in Information Management from Leeds Beckett University and a BA Joint Honours in English Literature and Media Studies from De Montfort University.
