JP Davis, PE, CCM, QSD-QSP, currently serves as the Business Sector Leader for Construction Management at West Yost Associates since August 2014, overseeing a team that delivers high-quality construction management services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Prior experience includes roles such as Construction Manager at Salaber Associates and Resident Engineer positions at Coleman Engineering, Psomas, and BCB Construction Services. JP also has a background as a Resident Engineer at TELA/Bureau Veritas and a Senior Staff Engineer at the Port of Los Angeles, beginning a career in materials testing as a Lab Technician/Inspector/Intern. JP holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
