Ariel Welch

Ariel Welch is currently serving as a Capture Manager at Westat since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ariel held the position of Capture Manager at Insight Policy Research from November 2022 to January 2024 and a Senior Business Development Specialist at Fors Marsh Group from May 2022 to October 2022. Ariel's experience also includes working as a Senior Proposal Manager at Sev1Tech LLC from February 2022 to May 2022, and serving in various capacities including Capture Manager and Proposal Manager at Insight Policy Research from June 2016 to February 2022. Ariel began a career in proposal management as a Proposal Coordinator at Aderas from December 2014 to May 2016. Ariel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Old Dominion University.
