Dwight Feanny

Dwight Feanny joined Westat as the Chief Information Officer in March 2021. He is responsible for overseeing corporate IT systems and project IT; providing executive management for corporate IT technologies, systems, and services; and overseeing project IT solutions and staffing through reporting IT Vice Presidents. His areas of expertise include organizational and IT team leadership, infrastructure design and implementation, and data security management.

Mr. Feanny brings 2 decades of experience in the research and consulting industry to Westat. His contributions to Westat’s IT operations and strategy teams call on his recent work leading technology implementation and operations, as well as managing cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data collection systems.
