Iliana Feliz

Iliana Feliz possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and program management, currently serving as Lead Associate at Westat since January 2024, where responsibilities include project management for the USDA FNS Impact of Additional Nutrition Assistance Program. Previously, as Bilingual Technical Assistance Lead at Insight Policy Research, Iliana directed a strategic evidence use project for AmeriCorps and oversaw multiple departments as Deputy Program Director at Rosemount Center, managing a substantial staff and various funding streams. Early career roles include Assistant Principal positions at DC Prep and Success Academy Charter Schools, where Iliana focused on fostering educational culture and supporting teachers, along with serving as an Adjunct Professor at Touro College. Iliana's education includes a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.
